Molly Tarlov has been an American actor since the year 2011 and is known best for playing Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward - a teen drama comedy show on television. Tarlov was the first of two daughters born in the home of her grandparents in Manhattan. Her career began at the age of 10 when she was Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was very well received by students in seventh grade. As she got older she was a summer student at the Interlochen Center for the Arts and also in Paris studying with NYU's Tisch. She studied a wide range of acting styles and received her bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Bennington College. The Atlantic Theater Company was another place she studied. Molly also integrated writing in her performances in the LAByrinth Theater master course. Molly swapped her black winter coat in exchange in exchange for black sunglasses and made her way out to Los Angeles. Her parents were very impressed by her success in landing a part that required just three words on iCarly. She has since done several TV appearances, and also created the role of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family show Huge. Molly claims to be able to perform basketball with ease despite the fact that she's not. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
