Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County in California. With my wonderful partner JP as well as my happy dad Henry. Many people recognize my username as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my life from ups to the downs. When I was just 1 1/2 years old, my family and I moved into America. If it weren't due to the dedication of my parents I might not even be here today sharing this life with people like you. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I strived to impress them and had tunnel vision when it came to achievement. My life was set out as follows: I'd go to university, get a job in a corporation, marry and buy a home. The life I had thought I would have did not turn out. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. Even though the compensation and the status was great but I did not feel that it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was just wasting my time. In 2013, I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also loved getting out and about to assist others. On the path towards this new direction in life, I started to find the personal training I needed. The year 2014 was the year I began my small business and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. Very few Asian women are employed in the fashion industry. In order to be an innovator in my field, and to provide quality coaching to assist others in achieving an improved and happier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to meet their needs and goals. I am also committed to supporting others so that they can achieve their goals, pursue their interests and lead the life of your dreams. When my professional career began to flourish, I experienced the biggest loss in my life - my mom's death. The eight years she fought battle with the disease. She is now resting in Heaven, and I keep her in my heart. Life's lessons are often hidden from us, but they can be extremely beneficial. It was my mother's sudden death that changed me for the better. It was a true blessing. I was given a second chance to experience life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. It was now time for her to move on to the next chapter of her life as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. My 30's are the first that I truly feel like I'm living my life. As I tell my story I hope that my words will resonate with you. It is my wish to aid you in understanding that you're never truly alone. That you have the capacity to succeed in everything you desire. My hope is that you live your the life you want to live and have your death be without regrets, since that's the only thing we can count on during this lifetime.
