Richard Bruce Cheney is the son Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th January 1941, within Lincoln Nebraska. He moved in Casper, Wyoming with his family in the year 13 when he turned thirteen. His father, who was employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture was the director of the conservation district of Casper.
